Our factories are located at prime location of well established Industrial Area at G.I.D.C., Vatwa, Ahmadabad, India since 06 ears. Our main activities are fabrication work of paper mill machinery and its parts.

JMC group of industries is promoted by group of experienced industrialist and Technocrats with successful track record and reputation. The company was incorporated as partnership firm in 2002 to set up a most advanced composites engineering unit equipped with sophisticated equipment using state of art technology for machinery manufacturing and fabrication works of Paper plants, Cement plants, Chemical, Fertilizer plant and Dairy plants, giving it an competitive edge in this age of globalization.

The company has been promoted by group of experienced technocrats with a successful track record and reputation.

Initially company was involved in heavy fabrication and vessels and letter on switched over to machineries for cement industries. Later on company started manufacturing spherical rotary Digester, fabricated drying cylinders and M.S. Yankee Cylinders on demand of paper industries. On the constant demand of these Cylinder, Paper industry encouraged company to start fabrication of other machine pats and with their support and technical know- how from other paper mill designers, company successfully started manufacturing complete range of machineries for pulp industries.

Facilities
We have an engineering team of highly qualified technical personal having long and varied experience with leading paper machine manufacturers in India and Aboard. They represent rich skills in process, mechanical and instrumental disciplines.

Our engineering infrastructure includes Computer Aired Design with 3 Dimensional designing & drafting workstation, ST-ERP software to regulate and monitor complete process stratas from inquiry to dispatch and in - house developed software for engineering flow sheets, manufacturing drawing, P & I diagrams & Bills of Materials with speed and accuracy.

Engineering capabilities range preparation of layout drawings for stock preparation and approach flow system : vacuum system : material balancing : detailed flow sheets of paper machine : piping layouts / plans ; foundation plans; instrumentation loop and logic diagrams; pumps and valve list hydraulic and pneumatic control circuit diagrams; drive layout / schedule and documentation.

JMC Engineers undertake design, manufacturing, supply erection and commissioning of new Pulp mill & paper machines and also the modernization of existing pulp mill and Paper machines. JMC has the necessary capabilities in project engineering, design, manufacturing and project management to take up assignments on a turnkey basis.

When we started our activities in this industry (here were very few manufacturers for small and medium size paper plant supplying economical machine. Hence we got immediate recognition from the paper industry and this forced us to develop our infrastructure and technologies.

Our landmark - lo day in India more lhan 80 percent small and medium paper mills are running with our supplied MG and drying cylinders. We have lot of installation of complete projects in south of India which are running to the full satisfaction of the promoters. Due to continues progress last year we achieved targeted Turn over of Rs. 35 crore and we are expecting growth of 20 % this year.

MR. RAJINI . A PATEL ( FOR, RAJNI.A.PATEL HUF)
A Diploma holder in Fabrication Technology from Sir BPTI, Bhavanagar, he has the competence in marketing, managing labor relations very tactfully. He has worked as a Tech. Director with M/S/ PAT FAB Engineers pvt Ltd. And also served as a member of American Welding Society (USA). Having a decade of experience in handling production, purchase and factory related matters in which he has experience of more than ten years, he handles the daily operations of the company.

MRS. BINA. R PATEL
A Science Graduate, she looks after the Purchase of Raw material, she also looks after office administration. She is having a good of experience in handling office related matters; she handles the daily operations of the office administration. She has good skill to develop and maintain relation ship with office employees and to create motivated team.

MR. MAYNAK. A SUTHAR
A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from Sir BPTI, Bhavangar, He has working experience of 15 years in the same field of Paper Mill machinery. Having a decade of experience in handling production, Estimation and costing, factory related matters in which he has experience of more than 15 years.

MR. G PANDA
A Graduate Engineer by Profession having long working experience with J.M Voith Gmbh and L & T (Paper Mill Machinery Division), basically a designer who is now involved in the up graduation of the equipment to meet the global requirement of latest technology. He is well informed about the latest development in the paper Making Process and has been conducting trails on latest Processing parameters.

MR. SANJEEV SHRIVASTAVA
A Graduate paper maker By Profession, he has more than 25 years of Paper making experience with additional project experience for more than 10 years. He is continuously involved in Project designing and Product development with us for last 10 years. He got experience in Paper Machinery manufacturing paper manufacturing (paper mill). He was G.M with M/s Kalpatru Papers Ltd. & various Big Unit like JK paper mills Ltd, Associated paper mills Ltd etc.. He is residing at Ahmadabad and consultant of our company. He is regularly involved in the supervision of the erection and commissioning of the supplied by us.

MR. P.A SUBBURATHINAM
He is BE Mechanical. He is looking after South India. He is our Resident Executive for South India region. He looks after erection & commissioning work. He got very good experience in paper Industry since last 20 years.

MR. B.C ADHYARU
A Graduate Paper Technologist from IPT, he has more than 35 years of Paper making with project experience. He is regular project consultant and doing projects all over India. He has a very good command on Duplex Board and Cultural grade Paper Projects. He is on our advisory panel for around 5 years.

MR. KANAN D PATEL (NRI)
Diploma in Business Management

Speciality Note

• We can do Fabrication, Machinning and Handling of single job of 5.5 mtr x 4.2 mtr long with 60 mt weight
• Within a month after installation of our new bending machine we will be only the manufacture can make dryers and yankee up to 5.2 mtr width (First time in India)

With the continuous growth in Paper Industry, we had developed our selves to meet the challenge with continuous improvement in our design, technology and production capacity but due to sudden increase in export demand in recent past, we could not cope up with extra demand of Industry due to insufficient manufacturing facilities. Considering these constraints, we decided to double our capacity.

The first phase of this program is already commissioned by adding one Fabrication cum Machine shop of more than 2000 Sq. yard working space under the name of JMC Engineers Unit2. Another Fabrication cum Machine shop of more than 3000 Sq. yard workina space under the name of JMC Engineers Unit3 is almost ready for commissioning. Here we have set up a high capacity Plate Bending Machine with Hydraulic press of 1500 Tons. This Bending Facility is the first in Indin having n capacity lo bend Plates of 75 mm thlckneis and a face length of 5000 mm. Hence now you can have M.G, Cylinder/Drying Cylinder up to 5000 mm face length.

The seam joint of these dryers/ MG cylinder will be welded with slate of art Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) technology giving another technological advantage over other manufacturers. With this welding technology, we shall be able to mate heavy-duty high diameter press roll shells, too.

Advantages of SAW technology is as under

• High speed welding & High deposition rates (40 kg/hr have been achieved.
• High operating factors in mechanized applications;
• Deep weld penetration;
  Sound welds are readily made (with good process design and control);
• Minimal welding fume or arc light is emitted,
• Distortion is mucn less.
• Welds produced are sound, uniform, ductile, corrosion resistant and have good impact value.
• The arc is always covered under a blanket of flux, thus there Is no chance of spatter of weld.

For Machine framings and olher mild sfeel structures, we hove adopted Metal Inert Gas Welding Technology (MIG Welding) for quick, uniform and continuous welding with metal wire leaving no reasons to develop blow holes.

For the fabrication of all the stainless sleel machine parts like Former and Head Box, we have plasma cutters fo cut thick SS sheets in any shape and design with perfection. SS Welding is always done with Argon welding set.

With such expansion, we are now capable fo meet all the requirement of Paper Industry with accurate and quality product and quick delivery.
